The 2026 Cohort: Celebrating God’s Faithfulness
Halfway through our very first year, we want to pause and give thanks. The 2026 maiden cohort is no longer a vision on paper: it is a living, growing community of young adults learning to follow Jesus into His mission. This is a brief look back at what God has been doing.
A Cohort Across Three Nations
When we set out, we prayed for a handful of participants. God gave us 70, spread across India, Indonesia, and Bhutan, hosted by a Singapore-based team and partnered with more than 10 churches. Together they represent over 5 Unreached People Groups, and the great majority had never been on a mission trip before this year.
The format is intentionally hybrid. Onsite weekend intensives in Bandung have anchored the cohort in real relationship, while weekly online classes over Zoom keep participants connected across borders, time zones, and cultures. What began as scattered individuals has become one classroom stretching across a continent.

More Than a Program
GoLead is not a course you finish. Over ten months, participants move through three integrated modules (Whole-Life Discipleship, God’s Heart for the Nations, and Witnessing in Marketplace & Missions), each one building on the last. The goal is not information, but transformation: to see passive pew-sitters become active witnesses in their homes, campuses, offices, and cities.
We are watching that shift happen in real time. Lawyers are thinking differently about their workplaces. Students are praying for their classmates. Teachers are seeing their schools as mission fields. The sacred-secular divide is coming down, one life at a time.
Voices from the Cohort
One participant, reflecting on the months so far, put it this way:
I came in thinking missions was something done somewhere else, by someone else. This year God has shown me that my office, my neighbourhood, my friendships, these are my mission field. For the first time I am living on purpose, and it is not a burden. It is joy.
Looking Ahead
The 2026 cohort still has months to run, and we are expectant. We believe this is only the beginning of a wider movement of ordinary believers mobilized for God’s global mission across Asian cities.
